2. Effect and Amendment of the Terms

If you continue to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the changes.

Exchange rate data may be provided based on data from external exchange rate providers (e.g., the European Central Bank (ECB)).
Exchange rate information is updated in real time or at regular intervals.
Depending on the network environment or the circumstances of the data provider, some information may be delayed or temporarily inaccurate.

4. Restrictions on Use

Users must not engage in the following actions:

Using the Service for illegal or improper purposes
Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
Reverse engineering, tampering with, or reproducing the app without authorization
Abusing the Service through automated programs or abnormal access
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or the rights of third parties

The Company may restrict use of the Service if any of the above actions are identified.

5. Exchange Rate Information and Limitation of Liability

The exchange rate information provided by the Service is for reference only and may differ from the rates applied to actual financial transactions, remittances, payments, investments, or currency exchange.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the exchange rate information provided.
The Company is not liable for any financial transactions or decisions made by users based on the Service.
Data delays or omissions may occur due to service failures, network issues, external API errors, and the like.

6. Advertising and External Services

The Service may include advertisements or external links.

The Company may generate some revenue through advertising.
Advertisements and external services are provided by third parties, and the content and policies of such services are the responsibility of each provider.
The Company is not directly liable for any issues arising while a user uses an external service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The rights to the UI, design, text, logos, features, and software included in the Service belong to the Company.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell the Service without the Company's prior written consent.

8. Suspension and Modification of the Service

The Company may temporarily suspend or modify the provision of the Service in the following cases:

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws, and matters relating to the processing of personal information are governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

Unless there are special circumstances, the Company bears no legal liability in relation to the Service provided free of charge.
The Company is not liable for any disruption to the use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the user.
The Company is not liable for any damages caused by external communication networks, device environments, or third-party service issues.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

13. Exchange Rate Data and Notes

The exchange rate information provided by the Service is reference data for the user's convenience and may differ from the rates applied by actual financial institutions, card companies, banks, currency exchange offices, or payment services.

13-1. Source of Exchange Rate Data

The Service's exchange rate data may be provided based on public data from the European Central Bank (ECB) and other reputable exchange rate data providers.
Exchange rate information is automatically updated at regular intervals and fluctuates depending on market conditions.
Some currencies may have different update cycles depending on international market trading hours or data provider policies.

13-2. Exchange Rate Calculation Method

The Service calculates conversion values between each country's currency based on a chosen base currency.
Displayed rates may be calculated based on the mid-market rate or a reference rate.
For actual remittances, card payments, or currency exchange, bank fees, spreads (exchange margins), card company policies, and the like may additionally apply.

13-3. Notes and Cautions

Real-Time Data	May be partially delayed depending on the network or the data provider's situation.
Weekends and Holidays	Previous exchange rate data may be retained when the international FX market is closed.
Accuracy	The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data provided.
Investment and Transaction Responsibility	The user is solely responsible for their own financial transactions and investment decisions.

14. Miscellaneous

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and general commercial practice.
Even if any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
