Joyce Studios (the “Company”) operates the mobile app RepFit.ai (the “Service”) and protects users' personal data in accordance with applicable law. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, address book, or financial-account access.
We collect data (a) when you enter/create it in the app, (b) via Apple at sign-in, (c) via Apple StoreKit on subscription, (d) from anonymous statistics and device info generated during use, and (e) via Google AdMob when ads are shown.
User Content is stored on your device and, if sync is enabled, in the cloud while your account is active. You can delete it anytime via “Delete all data” or account deletion, which also removes the corresponding cloud data. Deleting the app removes local data. Payment records may be retained by Apple and as required by law.
We do not share personal data with third parties except with your consent or as required by law, and we do not sell data. We use the following processors to operate the Service.

Subscription payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store card/payment-method information. For entitlement checks and anonymous revenue statistics, we process only non-identifying payment metadata (transaction ID, product, price, currency, storefront).
For backup, sync, authentication, and advertising, User Content and account identifiers may be stored/processed on servers operated by Apple and Google (Firebase/AdMob) located abroad (e.g., the United States). By using the Service you consent to such transfers. We apply reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time. Most data can be viewed, edited, and deleted directly in the app (including “Delete all data”); for further requests, contact us below. We honor rights under applicable law, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
Free users may see ads via Google AdMob, which may use advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA). Under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT), you may choose whether to allow tracking and can limit ad tracking in device settings. Subscribing to RepFit.ai Pro removes ads. We do not track your activity for purposes other than advertising.
The Service is not directed to children under the age required in your jurisdiction (e.g., under 14 in Korea). If we learn that a child's data was collected without guardian consent, we delete it without delay.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes; we will announce the effective date and reason in-app or on this page.
