RepFit.ai Terms of Service

1.Purpose

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of RepFit.ai (the “Service”), a mobile application provided by Joyce Studios (the “Company”), and define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions, and procedures between the Company and users.

2.Effect & Changes

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or on a webpage designated by the Company. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, giving notice of the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

3.Definitions

1. “Service” means the RepFit.ai app and all related features provided by the Company.
2. “User” means any member or non-member (guest) who uses the Service under these Terms.
3. “Subscription” or “RepFit.ai Pro” means the Company's paid auto-renewing subscription.
4. “User Content” means workout logs, routines, notes, body metrics, and other data you enter or create.
5. “App Store” means the app distribution and payment platform operated by Apple Inc. (“Apple”).

4.The Service

RepFit.ai is a personal strength-training coaching and logging tool that provides AI coaching, routine management, and analytics based on workouts you enter. Key features include:

• Workout logging (exercise, weight, reps, sets) and routine creation/editing
• Level- and goal-based AI exercise recommendations and starting-weight suggestions
• Growth analytics (estimated 1RM, volume, personal records) and weekly AI coaching
• Workout reminders (on-device local notifications), progress card creation and sharing

6.Accounts & Sign-in

You may use the Service as a guest without signing in. To back up and sync across devices, you may authenticate via Sign in with Apple or other supported methods. Personal data processed at sign-in is governed by the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the security of your account and device and must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use.

7.User Content & Data

You retain rights to your User Content (workout logs, routines, notes, etc.). User Content is stored on your device by default and, only if you enable sign-in/sync, backed up to the cloud (Google Firebase) over an encrypted connection. The Company processes User Content solely to provide, back up, sync, and improve the Service. You may delete your data anytime via “Delete all data” or account deletion in the app.

8.Paid Subscription

Premium features (weekly AI coaching, full growth analytics, 4-week programming, ad removal, etc.) are provided through a RepFit.ai Pro subscription. Monthly and annual plans are available; both unlock the same features.

Amounts shown are for the Korean App Store. The actual amount charged follows the regional price shown at purchase and in the App Store, and may vary by region, exchange rate, and tax. Prices may change in accordance with App Store policy; any increase is communicated in advance through Apple, with consent obtained where required.

9.7-Day Free Trial

• The trial is available only to new subscribers who have not previously used a trial in the same subscription group, limited to once per Apple policy.
• You may cancel anytime during the trial; if not canceled at least 24 hours before it ends, it auto-converts to paid at the price above.
• Any remaining trial time may be forfeited upon purchasing a paid subscription.

10.Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge occurs within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime via [Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions] or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the current period and do not renew thereafter.

11.Billing (Apple App Store)

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; the Company does not hold or process your payment-method information. Billing, charges, and renewals are also subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Use of the app follows Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) unless otherwise stated.

12.Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policy; the Company is not the payment processor and cannot directly issue or guarantee refunds. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com (sign in with your Apple ID → select the purchase → report a problem). Statutory withdrawal/refund rights under applicable consumer-protection law are honored, though processing occurs via the App Store (Apple), and withdrawal may be limited for digital content already provided or used.

13.Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse-engineering, copying, modifying, or accessing the Service by abnormal means
• Misappropriating others' accounts/information or accessing systems without authorization
• Automated collection/use of the Service or causing excessive server load
• Using the Service for purposes that violate applicable law or these Terms

14.Intellectual Property

Intellectual property in the Service and its software, design, trademarks (including “RepFit.ai”), text, and graphics belongs to the Company or rightful owners. Rights to User Content remain yours; the Company uses it only as needed to provide the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Service content without prior consent.

15.Third-Party Services

The Service uses third parties including Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, StoreKit), Google (Firebase authentication, database, analytics), and Google AdMob (advertising). Use of those services is also subject to each provider's terms and privacy policy.

16.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” The Company does not warrant accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI recommendations and analytics depend on your input and may differ if input is inaccurate.

17.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for exercise injuries, health outcomes, data loss, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid to the Company in the preceding 12 months. This clause does not unduly exclude liability for the Company's intent or gross negligence.

18.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court under applicable law shall be the court of first instance for disputes related to the Service. Transactions via the App Store are also subject to Apple's terms.

These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, Apple Media Services Terms, and Apple's standard EULA.
